Special Care For Your Children

Lead preschool teachers are degreed and experienced in an Early Childhood related field.
Educators continue their education while receiving regular online training to stay current on child

Ms. Cindy – Center Director

Ms. Cindy is the Center Director at Adventure Learning Center, ltd. She started child care back in 1999
and originally started ALC in 2001. Many of her years working in child care were right here at ALC. She
became a director in 2007 and since then has been working in child care management. Ms. Cindy has
her Associate’s of Arts in Teaching degree with an emphasis on Child and Family Development. She
firmly believes that children succeed when educators have a partnership with their families. She helps
create that partnership with respect and open communication with families and teachers. Ms. Cindy grew
up right here in Ballwin. She attended Holy Infant School and graduated from Marquette High School. She continues to live here in Ballwin with her fiancé and three children. Ms. Cindy recognizes each child
as an individual and her goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment here at Adventure Learning
Center, ltd. She looks forward to welcoming your family and wants to give your child the best early start to
their education.

Ms. Nikki – Assistant Director

Ms. Nikki is the Assistant Director at Adventure Learning Center and has been with the center since March
of 2014. Throughout her employment with ALC, Ms. Nikki has been working toward attaining her degree
in Early Childhood Development. Ms. Nikki has an extensive background in Special Education and has
been a huge asset to our team of educators. Over the years, Ms. Nikki has been an assistant teacher,
Lead Preschool teacher and a Lead Pre-kindergarten teacher. She became assistant director in early

She has a passion for working with families and helping children excel academically. Ms. Nikki is
very involved with ALC’s team of educators and is often found mentoring new staff members to guide
them to reach their fullest potential. Ms. Nikki is married and has two teenagers and a huge St. Louis
Blues fan. Among her favorite time she is attending her son’s hockey games and her daughter’s volleyball
games
