Attention Parents!
Adventure Learning Center is updating their files for the 2016 year. It is crucial for ALC, in order to comply with the state’s requirements to have the most current records for your child on file. We need these current immunization records for your children’s files no later than January 8, 2016.
Copies may be obtained from your child’s pediatrician and can be faxed directly to the office if that is more convenient. Our fax number is (636)394-9696. Or you can drop your copy off at the office.
